pt has missing teeth #4 13 23, which are orthodontic removed, pt had no visible missing teeth on upper and lower arch,preio type II, all teeth has no mobility, pocket depth on implant cn #30 is within 2mm, ankylosis wth bone is good, prognosis is good on #30, perio charting is attached, date of ext #30 is on 4/29/2024
